Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Phlebotomy certification or completed training program.
• 2+ years as a phlebotomist preferred.
• Experience leading a team is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee Patient Service Centers within assigned area.
• Perform phlebotomy and specimen processing under supervision.
• Monitor patient flow, maintain logs, and address service issues.
• Support PSC staff, management, and laboratory teams to ensure smooth operations.
