Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee center flow, staff breaks and coverage to ensure donor traffic runs smoothly.
• Cross-train in Reception, Vitals, Lab and Phlebotomy; cover donor room as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and regulatory standards.
• Support center management in identifying operational improvements.
• Monitor equipment maintenance and calibration activities.
