B Positive Plasma LLC is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee donor center operations under the Center Manager. Responsibilities include supervising staff, ensuring coverage, and coordinating donor flow across all areas, with Saturday shifts required.

The candidate will cross-train in Reception, Vitals, Lab, and Phlebotomy, aiming to ensure smooth donor flow and adherence to SOPs while supporting continuous improvement initiatives and proper equipment maintenance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication, supervisory, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work as part of a team.
• Proficient with data entry and inventory software.
• Read and follow SOPs and maintain records.

Responsibilities

• Supervise center flow and staff coverage; manage breaks.
• Ensure donor traffic flows smoothly and safety standards are met.
• Cross-train in Reception, Vitals, Lab, and Phlebotomy.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvements.
• Maintain daily equipment upkeep and calibration as required.
• Assist with donor room turnover and donor-management system issues.
• Monitor donation times and operate/troubleshoot donor equipment.
• Follow SOPs and maintain accurate records.
