Job summary

St. Luke's University Health Network in Quakertown, PA is seeking a Program Coordinator for the School of Phlebotomy to lead daily operations, coordinate curriculum and externships, and ensure program outcomes.

You will collaborate with faculty and the Director, manage student registrations and assessments, recruit new students, and support the academic policies to maintain program standards within a compassionate health system.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or MLT equivalent required.
• Graduate of an accredited allied healthcare program or phlebotomy certification preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years administrative/management experience.
• Minimum of 3 years phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Experience with CANVAS or Blackboard LMS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs planning, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating the phlebotomy program.
• Maintains program standards and outcomes; organizes assignments and reports.
• Recruits and orients new students to School of Phlebotomy.
• Coordinates curriculum and clinical externship placements with instructors and externship managers.
• Collaborates with Student Services and external agencies to maximize program effectiveness.
