Zusammenfassung

MultiCare Health System is seeking a Patient Services Representative to support our Lab Services. You will register patients, enter orders, perform phlebotomy, and process specimens to ensure efficient patient flow across locations.

Responsibilities include specimen pick-up, report sorting, delivery, and supply support. A high school diploma and Medical Assistant credentials are preferred, with training and certification requirements completed within 90 days of hire.

Qualifikationen

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Current Medical Assistant-Certified, Medical Assistant-Phlebotomy Certification, or Medical Assistant-Phlebotomist eligible - must complete the training and submit application within 90 days of hire.
• Completion of phlebotomy course or training preferred.
• Phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Previous experience dealing with the public preferred.

• Perform phlebotomy and process specimens.
• Assist with specimen pickup in offices and report sorting and delivery.
• Support location operations and supply delivery as needed.
