Job summary

The Patient Services Representative (PSR) at MultiCare supports our Lab Services by handling patient registration and order entry, phlebotomy, and specimen processing. You may also assist with specimen pickup, report sorting and delivery, and supply delivery to support location operations.

This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, and MA-Certified or MA-Phlebotomy Certification eligibility, or MA-Phlebotomist credentials.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• MA-Certified or MA-Phlebotomy Certification or MA-Phlebotomist eligible—must complete within 90 days.
• Phlebotomy course or training preferred.
• Phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Previous experience dealing with the public preferred.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and enter orders.
• Perform phlebotomy and specimen processing.
• Coordinate specimen pickup and delivery; assist with supply delivery.
