MultiCare is seeking a Patient Services Representative to support Pediatric Lab Services. You will handle patient registration, order entry, phlebotomy and specimen processing, with potential duties in specimen pickup, report sorting, and supply delivery at the site.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent and relevant MA certification or eligibility, with pediatric patient experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Current Medical Assistant-Certified or MA-Phlebotomy eligible - must complete training within 90 days of hire.
• One year pediatric patient experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Support Pediatric Lab Services with patient registration and order entry.
• Perform phlebotomy and specimen processing.
• May assist with specimen pickup, report sorting and delivery, and supply delivery at the location.
