The Portland Clinic is seeking a Lab Assistant to support the Laboratory department. You will obtain and process patient samples, perform limited testing, and maintain quality control documentation while adhering to safety protocols.

This role requires phlebotomy experience or approved training, CPR certification, and the ability to work at multiple Beaverton-area branches. It offers a non-exempt, full-time schedule and a 1,000 USD signing bonus after 90 days.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current CPR certification.
• One year of phlebotomy experience or completion of an accredited phlebotomy training program or equivalent certification.

Mansioni

• Identify provider orders in Epic and interface to LIS Orchard.
• Collect blood from patients using appropriate collection methods and label specimens.
• Prepare and route samples to the correct laboratory following protocol.
• Maintain lab records and perform quality control and documentation.
