Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Phlebotomy program preferred.
• Minimum 1 year clinical lab experience or completion of phlebotomy training.
• Formal phlebotomy certification preferred (ASCP/ANP/ASPT or similar).

Responsibilities

• Performs venipuncture and capillary puncture.
• Labels tubes and specimen containers; ensures specimen integrity.
• Processes and tests specimens as required.
• Assists with training phlebotomists or lab students.
• Maintains safe, clean laboratory environment.
