Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collect venipuncture and capillary samples for adult and pediatric patients.
• Process, file requisitions, and enter orders in the LIS accurately.
• Answer telephone calls and perform general clerical duties.
• Perform drug testing collection and breath alcohol testing as needed.
• Train new employees and phlebotomy students as required.
• Document procedures and maintain confidentiality.
