Job summary

Northwestern Medicine is seeking a Clinical Support Tech - Satellite. The role includes phlebotomy and specimen collection, processing, and reporting results to providers.

You will perform diagnostic testing, quality control, and collaborate with main lab staff to ensure excellent patient care. Position may require work at more than one Satellite location, with holiday and weekend rotation and on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy experience or newly graduated from a college approved phlebotomy program.
• Provide hard copy of high school diploma or equivalency and/or transcripts.
• Basic computer knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Perform waived and moderate complexity testing under supervision.
• Report test results to provider accurately.
• Perform quality control and maintain instruments.
