Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greets patients and manages patient flow, verifies demographic data.
• Obtains samples via venipuncture or micro techniques with accuracy.
• Prepares labels and handles voucher information.
• Performs check‑in responsibilities and prepares specimens for courier.
• Assists with non-blood specimen collection as needed.
• Maintains equipment and ensures quality assurance on devices.
