Qualifications

• Phlebotomy skills and basic lab tasks.
• Ability to read simple instructions and write basic notes.
• Familiarity with specimen labeling and documentation requirements.

Responsabilités

• Draw blood from patients by finger, heel, or vein using aseptic technique.
• Obtain correct amount and type of specimen.
• Document all requests and release of results accurately.
• Inform physicians of released lab results.
• Route, handle, and process various medical specimens.
• Order, distribute and stock lab supplies as needed.
• Train and report on the work of Laboratory Assistants.
• Perform other related duties as necessary.
