Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Phlebotomy certification required or upon hire.
• BLS or ARC-BLS certification required or upon hire.
• Experience in phlebotomy or specimen processing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection per protocol.
• Enter data in LIS/HIS and ensure accuracy of orders.
• Prepare specimens for transport and reference lab processing.
• Assist with pre-analytical processing and lab automation tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare providers.
• Maintain organization of laboratory storage and inventory.
