• Process specimens for accuracy, efficiency, and productivity.
• Perform waived testing and produce timely results as ordered by physician.
• Maintain quality control records and logs for waived testing.
• Participate in proficiency testing for waived testing.
• Document problems and resolutions with tests and reports.
• Respond to questions from physicians and staff promptly.
• Consult reference materials and telephone support for unusual tests.
