Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ year’s phlebotomy experience.
• 2+ years’ experience in a supervisory role.
• A valid driver’s license and an excellent driving record for the past three years.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the use of company vehicles for specimen pickup and testing.
• Ensure accurate venipuncture and proper specimen handling.
• Coordinate new employee training across the department.
• Audit standing orders and submit audits to compliance.
• Maintain HIPAA, safety and OSHA compliance.
• Provide backup phlebotomy coverage as needed.
