Job summary

Sonic Healthcare USA is hiring in Lubbock, TX for a full-time phlebotomy leader. You will oversee phlebotomy operations, support the Operations Manager, and lead a team to deliver high-quality patient care across multiple sites.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, 2+ years in specimen collection or processing, and 2+ years of supervisory experience in a lab. Excellent communication is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record (past 3 years).
• 2+ years of specimen collection or processing experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a laboratory setting.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead phlebotomy operations across multiple worksite locations within the designated region.
• Support the Operations Manager with departmental goals and develop your team.
• Interact with clients/patients delivering exceptional, customer-focused service.
• Manage resources, optimize processes, and improve profitability.
• Champion safety, compliance, and quality control.
