Qualifications

• Completion of a laboratory assistant training or phlebotomy program or training course.
• 1-2 years experience in a laboratory, healthcare, or clinical setting preferred.
• H.S. Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with routine tests and phlebotomy per protocol.
• Prepare and process specimens with proper labeling and transport.
• Maintain equipment and perform basic QC/QA tasks.
• Log procedures and specimen data into LIS/EMR.
• Stocks supplies and ensures a clean, safe work environment.
