Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months phlebotomy experience in a working laboratory.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• National Phlebotomy Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Collect venous and capillary blood samples for pediatric to geriatric patients.
• Operate Laboratory Information System and EPIC for orders and results.
• Prepare requisitions, maintain filing, print/deliver reports, and support data collection.
• Assist under supervision of a Medical Technologist with basic lab testing.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and assist with inventory and patient check-ins.
