Job Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory tests on patient specimens to aid diagnosis, treatment, or prevention of diseases.
• Maintain records of performance and ensure test results meet quality control standards.
• Participate in research and development activities as needed.
• Instruct students and staff on laboratory procedures and techniques.
• Follow standard operating procedures and contribute to development and modification of procedures.
• Provide technical, administrative, and logistical support to the laboratory team.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology or related sciences.
• 1-3 years of training/experience in high complexity testing.
• Certification by ASCP, AMT, NCA, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of complex laboratory techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in computer use for entering and retrieving test results.
