This Outpatient Phlebotomy Float Pool position covers IU Health North (Carmel), Saxony (Fishers), and West (Avon) Outpatient Labs.
This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with multiple IU Health Outpatient Laboratory Teams. The Lab Assistant I performs general laboratory services including specimen collection, order entry, blood component preparation, pre-analytic processing, and related clerical tasks. Responsibilities may also include patient and specimen registration and specimen delivery.
