Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Phlebotomy experience preferred; willingness to train.
• CDL with air brakes endorsement (Class B) required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record required.
• Strong understanding of regulatory and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate mobile drive bus with CDL and adhere to DOT guidelines.
• Lead donor collection teams and provide coaching as needed.
• Perform phlebotomy, donor screening, and mini-physical.
• Prepare and pack units for transport; maintain proper documentation.
• Ensure donor safety and manage reactions during collection.
• Recruit and convert donors for automation and future drives.
• Maintain equipment and troubleshoot as needed.
• Train team members and monitor progress against goals.
