Job summary

Versiti, Inc. is seeking a Donor Box Truck Driver Specialist who will operate mobile collection vehicles, assist with donor screening and phlebotomy, and uphold a positive team culture. This role emphasizes safe transportation, accurate documentation, and delivering a respectful, patient-centered donor experience.

You will work under supervision, coordinating with leadership and mobile staff to meet donation goals while adhering to regulatory requirements and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years of relevant, people-facing experience preferred; some roles may require less than 1 year.
• Must have strong customer service skills and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Operate and drive box truck/van following DOT guidelines.
• Prepare collection site and assist with site setup and tech systems.
• Perform donor screening, mini-physical, and phlebotomy.
• Provide excellent donor experience with respectful and compassionate service.
• Maintain equipment and complete records as required.
• Schedule and rebook donors for future appointments.
