Job summary

Versiti, Inc. in Michigan seeks a Donor Driver Specialist to support mobile donation events. Under supervision, you will load/unload supplies, transport staff, and ensure a safe, positive donor experience.

You will perform phlebotomy collection, conduct donor safety checks, and coordinate with coordinators. The role requires flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• GED required.
• 1–3 years of customer-facing experience preferred.
• Less than 1 year job-related experience required.
• Ability to read and interpret SOPs and safety rules.
• Must have basic math skills and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent donor service orientation and communication skills.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver license and cargo certification.

Responsibilities

• Prepare collection site and set up equipment.
• Operate mobile drive vehicle following DOT guidelines.
• Perform donor interviews and venipunctures; ensure donor safety.
• Provide excellent donor service and rebook future appointments.
• Support automation operations (Alyx/Trima) as needed.
• Maintain equipment and records; ensure proper donor identification.
