Job summary

Grifols is seeking a Phlebotomist in Aurora, CO to support donor intake, perform plasmapheresis duties, and ensure donor comfort and safety. You will build rapport with donors while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to procedure standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a flexible schedule, and a genuine interest in making a difference. Training is provided to ensure compliance with Grifols’ safety and quality guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and adapt to donor needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in determining suitability of donors.
• Establish rapport with donors to ensure happiness and confidentiality.
• Respond to and assist with donor reactions.
• Monitor donors and equipment for health and product quality.
• Set up, disconnect, and operate plasmapheresis machines.
• Dispose of contaminated equipment according to safety procedures.
