Grifols is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team in a plasma center. The role focuses on donor interaction, maintaining donor comfort and confidentiality, and ensuring high-quality plasmapheresis procedures.

The ideal candidate will have a HS diploma or GED, be able to work a flexible schedule, and be willing to obtain necessary state licensures or certifications. This position supports Grifols’ mission to deliver plasma-derived medicines to patients.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Assist in determining the suitability of donors.
• You establish rapport with donors to ensure overall customer happiness while ensuring donor confidentiality.
• You respond to and assist with handling donor reactions.
• Monitors donor and equipment to ensure health of donors and quality of product.
• Sets up, disconnects, and operates the automated plasmapheresis machines.
• Disconnects and disposes of all contaminated disposable equipment.
