Job summary

Grifols is hiring a Phlebotomist– We Train in Aurora, CO. The role focuses on donor assessment, rapport building, and operating plasmapheresis equipment to ensure donor and product safety.

You will work in a plasma center environment with exposure risks and required PPE. Eligible benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO, holidays, 401(k) match, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirement: High School diploma or GED.
• Willingness to obtain state licensures or certifications where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Assist in determining the suitability of donors.
• Establish rapport with donors to ensure happiness while protecting donor confidentiality.
• Respond to and assist with donor reactions.
• Monitor donor and equipment to ensure donor health and product quality.
• Set up, disconnect, and operate automated plasmapheresis machines.
• Disconnect and dispose of contaminated disposable equipment.
