Job summary

Grifols is seeking a Phlebotomist in Denver, CO to support donor care in a plasma center. The role focuses on evaluating donor suitability, maintaining donor comfort and confidentiality, and handling donor reactions with care.

Responsibilities include operating plasmapheresis equipment, monitoring health and product quality, and safely disposing of used materials. Training and safety are emphasized throughout the center operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in determining the suitability of donors.
• You establish rapport with donors to ensure overall customer happiness while ensuring donor confidentiality.
• You respond to and assist with handling donor reactions.
• Monitors donor and equipment to ensure health of donors and quality of product.
• Sets up, disconnects, and operates the automated plasmapheresis machines.
• Disconnects and disposes of all contaminated disposable equipment.
