Job summary

North Arkansas Regional Medical Center (NARMC) is seeking a Phlebotomist to collect blood and other specimens for laboratory testing. You will prepare samples, ensure accurate labeling, and document results using EMR/LIS systems.

Responsibilities

  • Collect blood specimens and perform pre-analytical processing.
  • Label, file, and chart specimens and results accurately.
  • Use EMR/LIS for ordering, admitting, and reporting results.
  • Maintain inventory and organize phlebotomy areas; ensure safety compliance.
  • Respond to STAT draws and support lab operations during downtime.
