Responsibilities

• Perform venipunctures and finger sticks and document laboratory results.
• Follow CLIA and COLA requirements and regulations.
• Back-up for clinical team members and laboratory registration as needed.
• Enter patient demographics, tests and diagnoses in the EMR.
• Order and maintain adequate laboratory supplies.
• Clean and maintain the laboratory and equipment.
• Perform laboratory registrations as needed.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
