Job summary

Labcorp in Redlands, CA is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team and perform venipuncture and capillary collections for patients of all ages. The role requires a California Phlebotomy license (CPT) and a high school diploma, with 3 months or more of phlebotomy experience preferred.

You will support specimen processing, billing, and record keeping while delivering exceptional patient service. Travel to additional sites may be required, and overtime could be needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• California state Phlebotomy license (CPT) required.
• 3 months+ experience as phlebotomist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for tests and screenings as assigned.
• Data entry of patient information accurately and timely.
• Process billing information and collect payments when required.
• Prepare specimens for testing and maintain logs.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and travel to other sites as needed.
