Responsibilities

• Venipuncture & Blood Collection: perform blood draws with high accuracy and patient comfort.
• Patient Identification & Accessioning: ensure correct labeling and inventory in LIMS.
• Specimen Handling & Technical Knowledge: handle needles, anticoagulants, prep/test requirements.
• Telephone & Administrative Support: answer calls and direct to staff.
• Customer Service & Patient Greeting: greet and assist patients and visitors professionally.
• Inventory & Processing Support: restock supplies and assist with processing tasks.
• Miscellaneous Duties: perform related clinical and administrative tasks.
