Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Draw blood and blood culture; collect non-blood specimens as required with a focus on patient comfort.
• Label specimens in the presence of the patient.
• Operate basic laboratory equipment such as centrifuges and labeling printers.
• Communicate effectively with patients, clients, and staff.
• Perform clerical duties including filing, report distribution, processing, and faxing.
• Collect drug screens using Chain of Custody Process if applicable.
