Qualifikationen

• 0-2 years phlebotomy experience required.
• Knowledge of safety guidelines, sanitation, and infection control protocols.
• Ability to perform blood collection techniques across all age groups (neonates to geriatrics).
• Strong written and verbal communication with patients, staff and physicians.

• Performs venipuncture and capillary blood collection per policy to ensure timely specimen collection.
• Ensures patient identification using two identifiers and proper labeling.
• Prepares, packages, and transports specimens to the lab while maintaining integrity and safety.

• Maintains equipment and workspace per safety and infection control standards.
• Documents patient and specimen information accurately in the lab system.
