Responsibilities

• Perform phlebotomy procedures accurately and within established turn-around times.
• Transport specimens to the laboratory in a timely manner.
• Answer calls and provide information courteously and professionally.
• Monitor specimen integrity and proper labeling.
• Ensure documentation for medical necessity and accurate data entry.
• Follow safety standards and assist in maintaining a safe laboratory environment.
