• Excellent customer service, strong organization, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Performs phlebotomy procedures accurately and within established turn-around times.
• Transports specimens to the laboratory timely and documents handling.
• Answers inquiries courteously and maintains confidentiality per HIPAA.
• Maintains specimen integrity and supports infection control policies.
• Assists with training and teaching staff as needed.
