Job summary

Interpath Laboratory is seeking a Phlebotomist/Processor to join our Idaho team across Garden Valley and Horseshoe Bend locations. The role requires a minimum of one year of phlebotomy experience and involves venipuncture, specimen handling, and data entry in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of professional phlebotomy experience.
• Experience in a clinical laboratory or healthcare setting preferred.
• Valid, unrestricted driver’s license is required.
• Excellent communication skills with pediatric patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture for blood collection and assist with specimen types as required.
• Prepare all samples for lab testing and screening.
• Verify specimen information and perform data entry accurately.
• Receive, process, and package samples for referral labs.
• Adhere to safety, HIPAA, Medicare rules and participate in QA activities.
• Provide flexible coverage to support clinic operations.
