Job summary

Interpath Laboratory is seeking a Phlebotomist/Processor to join our team across two Idaho locations. The role requires a year of phlebotomy experience and involves venipuncture, specimen processing, and data entry for pediatric patients.

Workdays include Garden Valley and Horseshoe Bend with a Monday–Friday schedule. Starting pay is $19/hour, with flexibility based on experience, plus benefits and opportunities to contribute to in-house testing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of professional phlebotomy experience.
• Experience in clinical laboratory, physician office, hospital, or healthcare setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and specimen collection with pediatric focus.
• Handle data entry and properly identify patient information.
• Receive, process, and package samples for referral labs.
• Maintain safety, HIPAA compliance, and quality assurance practices.
• Provide excellent patient service and support clinic operations.
