Job summary

Interpath Laboratory, Inc. is seeking a friendly Phlebotomist/Processor to join our Idaho team on a PRN-as-needed basis. You will perform venipuncture, manage specimens, and provide exceptional patient service while supporting multiple sites.

Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of phlebotomy experience, a high school diploma, and a valid driver's license. Competitive pay and benefits are offered as part of a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of on-the-job phlebotomy experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage data accurately and securely.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture for blood collection and prepare samples for testing.
• Provide excellent customer service and answer phones as needed.
• Verify specimen information and enter data accurately.
• Receive, process, and package samples for referral labs while maintaining integrity.
• Follow safety protocols, HIPAA policies, and QA procedures.
• Cover shifts at different sites to ensure operations run smoothly.
