Child Health Associates is seeking an experienced Phlebotomist to join our pediatric laboratory team in Auburn, MA. We are a busy, well-established pediatric practice that values teamwork, respect, and creating a positive experience for both our patients and our employees.
Phlebotomy will be a primary responsibility of this position, so we’re looking for someone who is confident and skilled in venipuncture and comfortable working with children and adolescents.
But this isn’t a draw-only position.
We’re looking for someone who wants to be an active member of the laboratory team and is willing to learn and perform additional laboratory responsibilities. Depending on training and competency, this may include processing specimens, performing approved laboratory and point-of-care tests, operating laboratory equipment, documenting and reporting test results, maintaining supplies, and supporting the day-to-day operation of the lab.
