Job Juncture is seeking a phlebotomist for a contract assignment in Wisconsin. The role runs Mon-Fri, 8:30am-5:30pm with an estimated duration of 3 months and potential for permanent hire. Pay ranges from $20 to $22 per hour, depending on experience.

• Blood draws experience required.
• Minimum 2 years of phlebotomy experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in performing phlebotomy duties including blood draws and specimen collection.
• Label specimens accurately and centrifuge as required.
• Record maintenance data and decontamination activities.
• Update patient information in the system.
• Explain venipuncture process clearly and courteously to patients.
• Match requisition forms to specimen tubes and ensure correct labeling.
• Package specimens for transport and store samples per temperature requirements.
