Job summary

Markent Personnel seeks a Phlebotomist in De Pere, WI for a contract position with potential for permanent placement. Scheduling is Mon-Fri, 8:30am-5:30pm.

Position requires 2+ years of pediatric and adult phlebotomy experience, a High School Diploma or GED, and the ability to perform blood draws and specimen handling per procedures. Pay ranges from $20 to $22 per hour with benefits available.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of phlebotomy experience with pediatric and adult patients.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience labeling and handling specimens is essential.

Responsibilities

• Experience doing blood draws, labeling specimens, centrifuging specimens.
• Record maintenance data and decontamination; update patient information.
• Collect and store specimens according to established procedures.
• Explain venipuncture process clearly to patients as required.
• Match requisitions to specimen tubes and ensure correct labeling.
• Package specimens for transport and store per required temperatures.
