Job summary

Software Placement Group, SPG is seeking a Phlebotomist for a full-time contracted role in De Pere, WI. The position is on-site with schedule Monday through Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm, and offers benefits.

You will collect blood specimens, ensure accurate labeling, and follow physician orders to support patient care across age groups. Minimum 2 years in phlebotomy with pediatric and adult experience is required, along with a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 2 years of phlebotomy experience.
• Pediatric and adult patient experience is expected.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood draws using standard techniques.
• Label, centrifuge, split, and freeze specimens as needed.
• Collect and store specimens per procedures and test orders.
• Explain venipuncture steps clearly to patients and families.
• Match requisitions to tubes and ensure labeling accuracy.
• Package specimens for transport and maintain cold chain as required.
• Record maintenance data and update patient information.
