The role runs Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm, with an initial projected duration of three months and a path to permanent employment. Responsibilities include blood draws, labeling and centrifuging specimens, maintaining accurate records, and communicating procedures to patients. Requires at least two years of pediatric and adult phlebotomy experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of phlebotomy experience.
• Pediatric and adult phlebotomy experience required.
• Schedule: Mon-Fri; 8:30am-5:30pm.

Responsibilities

• Experience doing blood draws, labeling specimens, centrifuging specimens, recording maintenance data and decontamination, updating patient information.
• Collects and stores specimens according to established procedures.
• Explain venipuncture process clearly and courteously to patients; demonstrate technique using needles.
