Job summary

Synectics Inc. in North Carolina is seeking a Patient Services Representative II to be the friendly face for patients, draw blood samples, and prepare specimens for lab testing following established procedures.

You will verify patient demographics, maintain accurate records, coordinate care across locations, and cover multiple sites as needed. High school diploma required; phlebotomy experience and certification preferred; Monday-Thursday shifts with some travel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent REQUIRED.
• 1-3 years phlebotomy experience, including pediatric/geriatric collections.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in California, Nevada, and Washington.
• Travel and flexible hours to cover multiple locations with short notice.
• Excellent customer focus and ability to communicate clearly with patients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Draw quality blood samples and prepare specimens for lab testing according to procedures.
• Verify patient demographics and initials post-venipuncture.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
