Job summary

Labcorp in Kingston, NY is seeking a Phlebotomist to join a patient-focused team. You will perform venipuncture and capillary collections, prepare specimens for testing, and ensure accurate data entry while delivering exceptional service to patients.

The role supports a Monday–Friday schedule, 7:15am–4:15pm with rotating Saturdays, and may involve travel to additional sites. Join a trusted network advancing care and diagnostics across locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy certification or completed training program.
• 3 months or more experience as a phlebotomist.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.
• Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner
• Process billing information and collect payments as necessary
• Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs
• Provide superior customer service to all patients
• Administrative and clerical duties as necessary
• Travel to additional sites when needed
