Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our Dayton, OH team. The role involves blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all ages, along with data entry and patient service at the 1222 S Patterson Blvd site.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, and/or phlebotomy certification, with preferred 2+ years of phlebotomy experience, and the ability to travel to additional sites as needed. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

• Phlebotomy training completion or 3+ months of phlebotomy experience
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently or in a team
• Must be able to pass color blindness test

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.
• Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner
• Process billing information and collect payments as necessary
• Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis
• Travel to additional sites when needed
