Job Summary

Labcorp is a global leader in diagnostic testing and drug development solutions. We are looking for a Phlebotomist to join our team in Franklin, TN. The work schedule is Monday‑Friday 8:00 a.m.‑4:00 p.m., with rotating weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, and other analyses.
• Enter patient information accurately and promptly into the billing and record systems.
• Process billing information and collect payments when required.
• Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
• Provide superior customer service to all patients.
• Perform administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
• Travel to additional sites as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experienced phlebotomist (minimum 1 year) or phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Standards

• Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
• Comfortable working under minimal supervision.
• Reliable transportation.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to pass a standardized color‑blindness test.
