Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team in Franklin, TN. You will perform skilled specimen collections and provide exceptional customer service in a patient-facing role, with opportunities for growth within the organization.

The position requires phlebotomy certification or training, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to travel to additional sites as needed. Schedule is Tuesday–Saturday, 8am–12pm, with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy certification or completed training program or 3 months or more experience as a phlebotomist.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.
• Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner.
• Process billing information and collect payments when required.
• Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
• Provide superior customer service to all patients.
• Administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
• Travel to additional sites when needed.
