Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team at the Englewood, CO site. The role provides blood collection services, specimen handling, and customer-facing support within a fast-paced healthcare environment.

We offer a Monday–Friday schedule with optional Saturday rotation and a quarterly incentive bonus program. Requirements include a High School diploma or equivalent and preferred phlebotomy certification or training; color-blind test is required, and overtime may be needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy certification or completed training program.
• 1+ months of experience as a Phlebotomist (preferred).
• Able to pass a standardized color blindness test.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
• Data entry of patient information accurately and timely.
• Process billing information and collect payments when required.
• Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
• Provide superior customer service to all patients.
• Administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
• Travel to additional sites when needed.
